GrenergyGas gas station ceiling billboard design optimization case

We use fluorocarbon-coated aluminum-plastic composite panels as the panel. The fluorocarbon coating on its surface is like a solid protective shield, capable of withstanding the erosion of harsh environments such as ultraviolet rays and acid rain. Even after 20 years of wind and rain, it still remains bright in color and lustrous as new. With a light weight of only about 5 to 6 kilograms per square meter, it not only reduces the installation difficulty but also decreases the load on the building structure. Meanwhile, its excellent flame retardant performance adds an extra layer of guarantee to the safe operation of gas stations. Compared with traditional color steel plates, the service life is extended by more than five times and the maintenance cost is reduced by 70%.
The keel is made of hot-dip galvanized steel structure, with a dense zinc layer of 80-120 microns, which endows it with an extremely strong anti-corrosion ability. Whether in the humid south or the coastal areas with high salt content, it can stand firm for a long time. The scientific truss structure design, after rigorous finite element analysis and wind tunnel testing, can withstand strong winds of up to level 12, and its stability far exceeds that of ordinary billboards. In the past, during typhoon seasons, traditional billboards were often damaged due to unstable structures. However, the upgraded billboards are as stable as a mountain, significantly reducing the economic losses caused by billboard damage.
